ECOLOGY - KYOTO - Protocol, scapegoats?
UK -Transport News Network -Apr 2005: -- The Kyoto Protocol on Climate Change came into force yesterday in 141 signatory countries. This was as a result of Russia ratifying the treaty in November 2004, and creating the 'critical mass' required to bring the treaty into full effect...
