SALES - UK - April demands up, for new trucks
UK -Auto Industry -06/05/05: -- Demand for new trucks over 3.5 tonnes rose 8.2% to 5,110 units, while for the rolling year, a total of 56,697 brought year on year growth to 1.6%. Trucks up to 15t and over 15t gvw showed changes of 9.2 and 7.6% respectively on April 2004. Rigids were up 11.3 per cent for the month of April, rising by 356 units to 3,506. Rolling year rigids registrations at 37,504 were up by 0.4% on 37,412 at March 2004.
