Comment - USA - City workers just keep on trucking - why?
Coshocton,OH,USA -Coshocton Tribune -15 Mar 2006: -- Just a small comment on the city. I moved back about three months ago... What I have seen are city trucks riding around doing nothing. The streets are in terrible condition... And the downtown area is the same as the streets... It's not like the trucks roll out on the hour. And using the inmates as slaves is against the law. The local inmates do not get paid one dime. And if one gets hurt during this so-called cleanup, Lord help the city if the inmate has any brain whatsoever...
