Doha,Qatar -The Gulf Times -27 August, 2006: -- The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has accused truck drivers of damaging signboards above roads... According to sources, drivers of trucks and other heavy vehicles who do not abide by the rules on maximum load and volume end up damaging the signages and direction boards...
